Helpful staff, but sometimes they use the wrong wording when explaining questions asked. This mishap has cost me not only time and money but has extended my loan longer than it should be.

Steven Lowell and staff are amazing! I needed a car right away and they did not drag their feet to help me. They took the extra time to help unravel difficulties I was facing in needing a vehicle in such short notice. Wonderful team to work with.

Used to be a great credit union loved how easy it was to bank there. Not sure what happend but now all they want to get is fees. All about the dollar now. Cant even keep their word when it was not their customers fault. Will be switching to a different bank as soon as my card comes in.

5 stars all day. The staff here are amazing. I just moved over 2 hours away and refuse to use another Bank/Credit Union. There are no hidden fees and staff will do their best in assisting you.

I had to get a release of lien quickly notorized from M1CCU. Alecia was so helpful and got me exactly what I needed in a matter of minutes. I've always had prompt and kind service from M1CCU!

Sad to be leaving this negative review after all the loans I've done through M1 and the loyalty and customer service I THOUGHT they'd have. I recently did my mortgage through them and MMS mortgage services. The mortgage went through and should have been an excellent experience. But instead I learned that a lender I have done business with for quite some time, has no problem with MMS LYING about fees they charge and what they are for. And yes, I have proof of their lying. After the mortgage was processed, I had hoped to reach out to M1 and speak to someone to get this resolved. Well I learned that money matters most and that they are completely ok with any of their business partners LYING to their customers. Again, I have actual proof of the lying. I fully expected M1 to be concerned about the issue and make attempts to get the matter resolved. Especially considering the LOYALTY I've shown them over the years. Needless to say, $521.00 was more important to M1 and MMS than a loyal customer. Let me state that again. a meagar $521.00 was more important to these financial institutions than rectifying a proven lie and keeping a customer. I'll never do business with the lender again. That is also the case for MMS. And if either want to take this to the next level, let's go. I have the necessary proof to show you blatantly and knowingly lied to me about a fee instead of just being honest and up front. That is something that matters to me and should to others looking for a mortgage or a trustworthy financial institution to work with. If honesty and being up front matters STAY AWAY FROM both these institutions. Even just a few hundred dollars is more important to these institutions than integrity and customer retention.
