If your account is hacked and you have fraudulent charges to dispute, it takes them days to get your money back. Other banks and credit unions you get it back instantly. Not these guys. They use a third party because they care more about their money than their customers. Additionally, they took a check out of our account once that belonged to an account that was just one number different than ours. Took them 4 days to correct it. These kind of errors should never occur if their tellers were trained to double check every entry. Took them so long to fix because the only have supervisors available for very limited times each day and accounting is impossible. Such a poorly run credit union. I’ve worked in a bank and this is just not normal.

These new ITM are a joke. Had to repeat myself 4 times. You can't hear me. You can't see me. Overall Samantha was not personable at all. No thank you when I left. Waited 7 minutes for a deposit once at the ITM. Never again.

After banking here for 20 years the staff started treating me differently since the begining of the pandemic. I was harassed at the drive through everytime asking for my ID and making me wait 20 minutes because it wouldn't read. I never needed my ID to make a deposit for close 20 years and don't get me started on the times I wanted to retrieve my money from the bank and I needed to provide a letter or advanced notice up to 2 days. I'm much happier at consumers credit union. It's definitely upsetting because up until the pandemic I loved the institution and felt appreciated.

We have banked with PFCU for a long time, but dealing with Emily and Cecilia for an auto loan was beyond easy. They both went above and beyond making sure I understood the entire process. They both were there as soon as I needed them for any reason!

April Green helped me with an urgent need of a vehicle loan as mine was totaled and I needed one immediately. April was SO helpful and I enjoyed working with her very much! She was fun, quick, smart, and always kind. I loved PFCU before, but man, after this recent experience, I have never been more content in where I bank. Thank you, April!

I have been with this bank since I was 6 or 7 I am 19 now I have a credit card through them i have a loan on a quad never been even close to late on any of those and they still won’t give me a loan really terrible service I would say and must of the girls that work there are mean besides a couple really thinking going to a new bank
