Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My card got declined for "fraud" on a purchase I am trying to make and no-one at the bank will answer the phone. They only have one phone number, No fraud line and after sitting on hold literally 45 minutes I have given up that I will be able to talk to anyone before they close for the day. Which means I will not be able to use my card until after I get ahold of someone after the weekend. This is absolutely unacceptable that I can not get through to anyone to at a bank.

Needed to call into the office because this digital app won't allow me to transfer MY MONEY. The first time I was on hold for 46 minutes and when someone did answer the phone it was disconnected. Now, I call back and have currently been on hold for 20:42. This is RIDICULOUS!!! Over an hour of my day completely wasted! I am not a happy customer at the moment. Things like this will have me looking for a new company to bank with.
If you need to call in for any reason, prepare to have your time wasted.

Steadily going down hill since True slapped their new sins up, and and claim a lot about bring the "wow" factor in the about section for true. For the staff, it sure SOUNDS LIKE IT. INNAPPRIAOTE THINGS KIDS AND MY GUEST THAT ENTER WITH ME DO NOT CARW TO HERE! Staff's off time ,"events" should not be discussed in area that customers enter and can hear it clearly and/ are waiting the lobby because, thier talking has a line now stacking up to the door. Almost done with true completely. Pathetic. I gave plenty of time for the transition and still declining customer service. Smh. No thanks!!! opens at 930am . Lless than accommodating for a financial institution, and the fraud dept seems to have attitude issues too, as if they were there ones scammed not me. Smh going to have to locate a better local institution. Went from good bad to horrendous. I'm terrified the few bucks I have will be gone when I check every dang time.

sorry credit company! greedy as well, to the max. i have not used this acount for some time. then i get a overdraft fee over the amount my mother had in this account! i assumed this account has overdraft protecton! if i dont have the funds, dumb credit union, dont pay for the item. fair and square! also the 517 number in jackson, michigan never called me back, as the robo voice said it would! how rude and unprofessional! thought banks were just bad,nope credit unions now a days are not worth dime!

ATMs down for four days when I needed to deposit money. No other banks had any trouble but true community always has trouble with the ATMs. They must get them from the same company that makes McDonald's ice cream machines. I'm switching banks at the beginning of the new year.

I opened a secondary checking account here to float some spare money into. I have consistently had issues with the card being declined and the cashier asking “is it True/CP?” Run it as credit. So obviously there is an issue with the cards. I also consistently have issues withdrawing money from the ATM. I’ve banked with a “big bank” for almost a decade and my money has always been available the second I needed it. Closing my account here tomorrow.

Cannot even get ahold of anyone. I am trying to change the due date on my car loan. They sent me a doc to sign without an access code. Currently on hold…for a small credit union….not a large national bank. I requested a call back for a specific time since I work in a call center and cannot always walk away from my desk. They called me 3 hrs late….I cannot wait to pay off this loan and be done with TrueCCU!

Ever since true community took it over it has just been a landslide downhill can't get ahold of anyone on the phone and when you do they just lie to you. So I drove 20 minutes out of my way to return a bunch of coins to find out they got rid of their coin machine after speaking with them beforehand double-checking that they still have it and when I confronted them about it they just chuckled and said go to Meijer and use there's sorry I'm not doing my banking through Meijer. So much for all about the community.
