Back in January we ordered a new RV and we were working with Arbor to secure a loan. The process was easy and the rate good. Then we ran into some problems getting our unit. Without getting into too much detail, we experienced delay after delay in the units delivery date which ultimately ended up in them giving us a totally different unit. We worked with Tony Flanders at Arbor for both the original loan and later when we had to make changes in the financing to accommodate the change in vehicles. Tony was efficient, professional and went out of his way to make the process as stress less as possible. Can’t thank him enough for his help.

Never have I experienced such poor service at a banking institution! Moved back to the area several months ago and really looked foreword to banking with Arbor again, since I was previously a member for 40 years. After setting up my accounts with them, I needed checks, which they said should only take about 10 days. After many phone calls and over a month later they could find the checks and needed to resubmit the original order. My last negative experience was when I applied for an auto loan, was told that they should have an answer by the end of the day or possibly early the following morning. After not hearing any word on the loan I called and found out I was approved and the loan agent would be calling me shortly. Another day and I still haven’t heard from the agent, so my wife and I have decided to pay cash and plan on looking for a different Credt Union.

this cu has gone down the drain since it changed from eccu. it used to be if i didnt have money in my account, my debit card didnt work. that was great. then they started charging me $35 each time, and i told them i didnt like that so they put a line of credit on my checking account so if i did overdraft, it would charge the line and i would pay it off at the end of the month. but they STILL charge me $5 each time i overdraft! i said i thought we fixed this problem and they said, " well $5 is better than$35 now isnt it?" and they dont even give you a 24 hour grace period to deposit/move money around. thats a real poor way of doing business and i have been looking for a new place to put my money lately. the mattress has been looking better and better.

They tried to force me to get a new card AFTER I resolved my issues on my account and made agreements with people at the branch. I called and canceled monthly memberships and everything and the fraud dept. STILL wanted me to get a new card tho it was me who made a mistake and no fraud was going on. I had to beg them to keep the card I currently had. The worse part, the same lady I spoke to and made the agreements with was siding with the fraud dept even tho she told me I would be good after I call and make cancelation my part a week prior. I can't wait to leave this bank!

As a young adult navigating the financial world, it is so refreshing to have such a supportive and informative staff to help answer all of my questions. Every time I’ve entered the branch, I have been met with welcoming, smiling faces. Plus, without my knowledge, Kimberly (the branch manager) stayed almost a half an hour after closing to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. She showed kindness throughout our discussion, and I am so grateful for her assistance.

I really don't understand where the bad reviews are coming from. It's important to remember that reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, especially when an alleged bad experience comes with no context.
I love Arbor! I have never had a bad experience with them. They have always been ready to help me when I've needed a line of credit or to forgive an accidental overdraft. My only complaint might be the quality of the cards they issue. Then tend to fall apart after some time in the wallet. I wouldn't mind a slightly more premium card!

The quality customer service can only be described as pathetic. I'm surprised these people can stay in business. I had an account for not even two weeks until I closed it. I got sick of the lying and incompetence. Thankfully there are several other credit unions in the area to pick from, because these people can't be trusted with money.
