I am very happy with my experience with Omni would not trade you for a traditional bank.

We have been going through OMNI Credit Union for a little over 5 years now. After going through a few other Credit Union's we finally settled on OMNI. We know what to expect with OMNI and if for some reason we don't understand something we know we can always turn to Erin at the Denso branch! She has been so wonderful and helpful over the years! She knows the answer to almost any question we have and if she doesn't, she goes above and beyond to figure it out. We turn to Erin and OMNI for all of our loans, financial questions and concerns! Thanks for being so great!

Recently had someone try to steal money off my debit card. When I asked how I could better protect my card though it wasn't stolen, my accounts are all still secure AND I have multi factor authentication for mobile banking the teller literally said "This happens all the time idk" Unacceptable. Then to try and dispute the transaction they had to call 3 separate people just to get me a number to call myself. I also asked weather or not I could block Western Union from ever receiving payment from me and they said no. My other financial institutions said it would be no problem to do. Also have been not treated well anytime I inquire about a loan. Generally shrugged off, I assume because of my age.

Kimyahtta delivered great customer service, with a difficult situation I had. I called and she answered at the call center and went above and beyond for me. She even offered to call another financial institution for me to make it easier for me to get my problem resolved. She was very friendly and professional!! Thank you!
