Do NOT recommend, if you're in a pinch choose some where else. I walked in there in a bind needing a car quick for work as mine was totaled. Not knowing a lot about car's and not having my dad with me I trusted that they would be helpful and put me in a vehicle that was reliable. It was not. They sold me a 2008 ford fusion that had dry rotting DODGE tires and rim's, it was not technically on the lot, and one of the salesmen was using as a personal car to and from work. After spending more money than what it was worth to continue to fix it, I asked them to come and get it. I was in contact with Jessica Jorea gave her my address and asked multiple times to come and get it, she said they would be picking it up, they never showed up. Be aware if you are a female and have very little knowledge of cars they will most likely take advantage of you like they did me. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. After my experience I have talked to others who have had very similar experiences.

I agree with the other comment I had no credit so went to northpointe and got a car on a short term opt out of lease option(13 months) for $500. Now after 14 months of having paid 430 each month and never being late on a payment I have been told I still have one month left before my 13 months has been reached to where I can opt out. Also they failed to tell me about the $350 fee to give them my car back plus whatever it would add up to for normal wear charges also. When I got my 2009 mkz it was on the lot for 12,900 with almost 25% in interest. I can even refinance though a bank because they will only give me 80% of the value of the car and when asked what their lowest number that they would take for the car was it was still at 9000.. because they will not settle for not having interest rates be paid my car only blue books at 8200 cheers to 75 out of 200$ every two weeks going straight to interest almost 50% smh. They will rob you and not care at all. Had to change my break pads just after 6100 miles after I got the car and they wouldn't even help out at all because it happened after 6000 miles. I haven't had a lot of dealership experience but do not bring you business here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible service, and representatives with bad attitudes. My fiance and I were in an accident, my insurance paid almost 9,000$ to them, and now they're reporting to my credit that I'm not paying because my fiance and I are out of work and unable to make car payments. They're now saying I owe just under 3 grand and that I'm responsible for continuing to make bi weekly payments, despite having a 9,000$ payment for a car that I used for 1 month. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE OR NORTHPOINTE MOTORS. No matter how badly you need a car, it's not worth dealing with people who dont care and who will destroy your credit, even after being paid over 1,000$ more than what the car was worth.

The women are nice that work there. The owner used my credit application to stalk me to my workplace and harass me. I wish there was a less than 1 star because I would definitely give it. Especially since out of nowhere there is extra fees now, no notice. Very unprofessional and very cruddy setup.. the website doesn't work but rarely so I am nickel and dimed for late fees that I don't have control over. I also have had my car disabled for being less than 24 hours late on a payment because I wouldn't be a "side girl" and live in the owners 'cabin on a lake'.
