Never felt so welcomed by a credit union! Helped us understand benefits of being a member, made sure we are protected in all the ways necessary. Then we got a loan and Carrie really took care of us, she made sure everything lined up and that it all made sense before signing and even helped lower the interest rate with options. 5 STAR Credit Union all the way!!!

I been with this bank for over 30 years. They have help me on my vehicle loans with low interest and half of the gap insurance which other places are very high. They are very nice and do what ever they can to keep there members happy

Very friendly and usually on a first name basis which makes me feel more secure that they know who they are doing business with and your business will be handled correctly! Preferred Credit Union in Ludington is the best banking institution. Great service, friendly staff, and always helpful. When I have traveled, I've received phone calls regarding my debt card usage in unfamiliar areas making sure they were legit. When I've had my debt card hacked and charges put on it that were not mine, there was no problem making sure my account wasn't charged for those purchases. Most recently, I needed a quick personal loan and Megan Z. was professional and quick with helping me secure a loan in record time.
