Be careful when showing interest in purchasing a home, the mortgage lender Jake they use will harass you and call you non-stop and when you finally answer they will ask if you're interested in buying a home and without telling you do a HARD credit inquiry WITHOUT your permission and even without filling out a application first. When i called them to ask, they were VERY rude and lied.

When the ATM isn’t broke, or the app isn’t broke or I’m not getting cursed at on the phone from customer service (they thought they hung up), or getting charged late fees because of their app crashing, it’s good to know this bank wouldn’t lend me a broken pen let alone a loan when I needed them most. Perfect loan repayment history with them. Except when their app crashed. And they charged me. I do not recommend this Credit Union.

Advia has not made an attempt to fix there atm which just ate 200$ of mine and I MIGHT GET IT BACK on Monday. Pathetic.

Coming in today I had a few questions and issues that needed to be fixed. From the moment I walked in, Deshawn greeted me with a smile and helped me with everything. With so much I've had going on in my life it was everything I needed at that moment. It was a blessing and a pleasure to be served by Deshawn. I HIGHLY recommend Advia and this teller to ANYONE. In my 11 years of customer service this is in my top 2 of experiences, ever. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Wish they stayed open until 2pm on Saturdays. Just missed the door by a min and all I had to do is put money in my checking. Advia in general makes me mad. Takes money out of my account on wrong dates. And should be like Huntington and give people 24hours to put money back in their account before charging them a fee
