I highly recommend NOT getting a loan from here. Not only are they uneducated and lied to me instead of getting the correct answer but they have no sense of urgency at all. The amount of times I had to learn from their mistakes was ridiculous. And they keep making excuses for Heather who never answers nor is available. If you’re not going to be available then leave that on your voicemail so I can get real help. Danny took over and helped but by then it was completely a waste of time. If you want a converted camper van do not go here! I would have never done so if they said they could do them! I almost lost the one I wanted but I tried another place and within an hour they not only approved me with an apr % Four points lower then them but they also asked important questions like do I want warranties, gap insurance, etc. Heather never asked. And the next bank even went lower APR for automatic payments. This wasn’t even an option here and if it was it wasn’t asked.

Horrible experience with this bank and I’ve been a “member” for decades! Took AGES to get anyone on the phone. If you ever experience a “Kent” in customer service, hang up. He’s horrible. Completely unprofessional. Arrogant. Passive aggressive. Not at all what customer service should be. I complained to the manager and was told he’d look into it, but I doubt nothing will be done. First chance I get, I’m pulling my money out of this establishment.

Everytime I call I sit on hold atleast 15 minutes. You're a bank, how can you not answer my phone calls regarding paying a loan payment. Such a joke.

Banked with them for almost 10 years, constantly had an issue using my cash app and messenger pay. Had to call to get them back on. Also weird soon as I fully switched banks I had an overdraft I had nothing to connect to. Ended up paying them and getting them out my way. I spoke with a lady named Stacy often and she was always very reluctant to listen to anything you had to say. She always jumped to her assumptions and road her imaginary high horse. My advice is to just get a real bank! Only good thing about them is the possible low apr on loans and their app.

I like this credit Union, the people are nice. It's got a nice atmosphere. The lady that you first meet when you walk through the door she's very kind and nice & inviting. But the only problem I have is with their app, It is so 1990s. You can't do your thumbprint or fingerprint as a password. You gotta continuously put in the password and the username and the question you gotta answer to get into your app. To find out your balance, it's a pain in the backside. They need a big time revamp of there app and bring it up 2024 and get out of a 1090s.......

Unfortunately, if it were possible to rate zero stars I would. They are not customer friendly especially if you work a 9 to 5 job. They close so early even on weekends making impossible to make certain transactions. In order to even he seen in person on Saturday, it's by appointment ONLY sometimes. I called to make sure the drive through would be open until 1 pm only to drive all the there for them to make the lanes blocked and closed. They canceled my card without telling me. Today I called and was told there was fraud on ny account. I called months ago to confirm my address changed, which I get mail from them at my current address only to the told they still have my PA address on file and my current address has to he on file for 30 days in order to get a new debut card. They are so ridiculous when it comes to making these easy fir customers. I'm going especially where.
