When I first started the staff was helpful but when I fell victim to identity scam they didn't believe me at all & they were very quick to blame me & close my account fast enough.

Working with Honor Credit Union is fantastic. The staff members are courteous and very knowledgeable.

If you are saving money beware of a dormant fee of$50.00 a month for not spending! My daughter has lost $500 since April. They refunded it as soon as she contacted them. The customer service at the Negaunee branch is exceptional! They always have a smile and willing to assist as needed.

I have had mostly positive experiences with Honor Credit UNion for the past two years. Each interaction has been positive and resolved quickly/questions responded to. I have moved all my financial business to this institution.

How can you close at 5:00, this is not convenient for people who work until 5:00 to do any banking. Your drive through should remain open later.

Changed my review to 5 stars. I recently applied for a credit card. I didn't realize I was applying just shy of the deadline for a specific deal. Jami Maki and others on that team pushed my application through very quickly so that I wouldn't miss the deal. Thank you for your time and efforts.
