Check Into Cash, Niles, MI

Everyone is so nice! I haven't had any problems with them at all and they even give you reminder calls! Way better than the rest of the check cashing places I've been! I just wish they would pronounce my name right. Lol

I called the store, I'm from New Buffalo Michigan, the store is about an hour away from my house, I asked a few questions and the wonderful woman there tod me right off the jump that she was busy and I probably wouldn't be seen today, she politely informed me to come tomorrow and I could be seen then, this was a.beautiful thing to do because she saved me time and The gas money it would have took me to get there then go back tomorrow, I really appreciate you kind Person for saving me in a few different ways, I'm lucky to have talked to someone so caring and honest which to me gets My business everytime, I look forward to doing business with the store and becoming a true die hard customer for the appreciation for the Care you have given me, thank you,❤️

The young lady who works here was so nice and easy to work with. She kept a smile on her face the whole time, while helping me. Furthermore, she knew I was coming in at the last minute and she waited on me...now that's customer service.

Sometimes coming up with extra money is super hard and embarrassing. These ladies make it simple and easy. They know what they're doing and will get you what you need. They are quick and courteous and I always end up leaping with a smile on my face.

The manager was so helpful. She was so nice and had such great customer service. She helped me understand how to use my new cards she was awesome highly recommend
