Joe Daniel virtual Mortgage officer knew his stuff and was pretty easy to work with. Honor provided the best rate I could find at the time I did my refi. Process was fairly quick aside from some things on my end. I’d recommend Honor and Joe D.

The Niles branch manager is horrible. Everything my husband and I go there through the drive thru we always have to wait at least 15 minutes and we r the only car there and when the Manger comes to the screen she never ask how can she help she just stands there and once she finds out what you need she turns it over to someone else she don't come back to the screen. The others greet you in a friendly manner but not her it seems like she has a attitude, however I have advised my husband to remove his money to a different facility and stop dealing with the rudeness

Have had a few minor issues but they were quickly solved. Otherwise great service and banking. I do have two grievances however, one being I primarily use the mobile app later at night or early morning due to a 3rd shift schedule. It is only partially functional or completely unavailable in these times making it hard to access funds in some situations. The other is having little guidance to working on moving up financially. Id like to see extra help offered more so someone could better understand processes like building credit or applying for loans ect. Will most likely continue having an account for years to come!

Honor credit union is a great bank! Most of my family and I bank here. They have good rates and very helpful staff when your having problems .

My experience seemed hard, but all worth it. Honor went above and beyond to help get me the financing I needed to get the job done. A big thank you goes out to the team. I love my new home.
