Not only is he extremely welcoming and personable, but his professionalism and willingness to help is above and beyond. I’ve been banking with UFCU for the last 12 years, and the interaction I had with him exceeded anything I’ve experienced thus far. Thank you, Anthony!

I have always appreciated my UFCU relationship. They have always given the best customer service. They have given me opportunity that I couldn't get elsewhere. Lauren at the niles branch is very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend using her, I've been with united for 11 years and this is by far the worse experience I've had. I will be closing my accounts there and going to circle credit union

I absolutely love UFCU. I have never once had an issue with the service I’ve received at any branch. Also never had any issues with online banking or my accounts. 100% suggest banking with them!

You should really put a 'We pick and choose which people are allowed to use their own money' sign on the front door. Or at least have one that says 'good business horrible employees' had an empoyee ruin my check so i cant even cash it at all
