Not a bad company to work with as far as financial is concerned. I only had one issue with my auto where they tried to say I didn't have full coverage on my vehicle since the day I got the loan which if you didn't know is basically impossible, also don't try and call them to ask them anything because not only are you not getting called back but your going to be on hold forever due to the
"impact of COVID 19". I've called during the off peak times and the peak times and waited so long I gave up both times. It's absolutely ridiculous just trying to get a question answered that isn't on the website. Step your game up.

I love my LAFCU branches! Employees are courteous and efficient, and the services that I receive from utilizing a credit union instead of a bank are outstanding! I've been banking at this credit union for about five years now, and have never been charged a fee for any service that I have needed. Easy to access bank employees to talk about personal loans or any of your other needs. Branches are kept clean and tidy.

Love this branch, no issues ever! Wait times are minimal, service is pleasant, and they're always helpful with any of my questions or concerns. Best switch to a financial institution my family has made. Glad to be a member!
