Only finance through them if you have no other option, most of their customer service team members are rude
I had to call them to get my title sent in the mail even though they were supposed to automatically send it. I had a high interest rate but my car is a good solid vehicle, I guess it depends on where you get your car from when it comes the car issues aspect. Beware if you pay late they will be extremely rude and want you to email your bank statement showing you don’t have the money. Try to refinance with someone else if you’re stuck in a long term loan with them luckily mines was only for 3 years. Only giving 2 stars because they were the only ones who gave me a chance (approved me)

Worst company ever they need to be shutdown they are ruining peoples lives. I finance a car from them 7 years ago when I was under the impression I was paying for gap insurance never missed a payment. I was rear ended in the vehicle and it was totaled out. After a year I went to visit my grandmother and that's where I resided at the time I had the vehicle. I found a letter stating I owe the remaining balance I arrange a payment plan. But after losing my job and having major health issues I no longer could make payments. I tried to settle the debt but like I read in others comments the company. Did not want to compromise with me at all it was all on their terms. So now they sued me twice paying on the vehicle 3x the amount it's was worth and garnishing my wages. Gateway Financial Solutions is no good stay away don't put yourself in any bad situations because nothing good comes from this company. All I would like is to settle for deletion and move on with my life I have a family I can barely support thanks a lot.

I can’t say too much but a few things I’ve observed ending my 3rd year with them. I would give 2 stars because I think what they offer people like myself at the time is hope but wasn’t worth it in the long run at all. Someone having great credit now. I wish I would’ve waited. The interests rates are ridiculous. I constantly set up auto pay. It NEVER has gone through. It has nothing to do on my end. I end up having to pay a fee to pay my bill!They will call you early morning & late night on the day your bill is due! Itis quite annoying! I have even paid my bill & they still call requesting payment! They don’t update your payments on your credit every 30 days. Maybe every few months it seems like.

Listen I got a new car and provided everything the car dealership required including 6 check stubs just to make sure we would be okay. Well right after getting my car a week later I started getting multiple calls about information they said they needed . I literally sent my residency and they started stating they couldn’t verify my employment even with pay stubs so they wanted my direct HR number I provided that wasn’t good enough my letter of leave from the company wasn’t enough to the point they threatened to have me have to take my car back and stated that I wasn’t giving them the information they needed when I did I’ve been a customer for a whole 11 days and I’ve been harassed for 9 of those days . And I am beyond appalled

I sold my car to Carvanna and ended the term of my lease early. They were very quick to process the finalization of my loan. Usually, customer service representatives were pleasant and helpful during the active loan term. This was not always the case though. I had to manually send a payment using my bank account number after I had changed banks. New customers always get a 1000 daily limit on new debit cards. This created an issue when I paid my rent first, then tried to pay the car note. I called the bank (on a second phone) for clarification, knowing that I did have available funds, then used my bank account number to process it. The customer service agent acted as if it wasn't going to go through. I am not a bill absconder. I am building my credit; I pay my bills on time. This is the third car note I have paid off in 10 years. I know a lot about how the subprime system works: Overpriced cars with high mileage and high interest rates. However, what I don't want is to be classified as worse than I am. Treating the customer as if they won't pay is an action that will be remembered and shared.

I would like to commend Ms Stephanie for the Professional Service, and Patience she showed me. She helped me resolve a problem I've had with my Account since 2021. She truly knows her business and how to communicate with us Elderly People(smile). She was a Godsend to me, and I Appreciate her help. She is Awsome! And might I say, She Is Highly Favored!
