I was a member at wanigas for years, I was treated nice in the beginning, but eventually the standards of customer service went down and they started charging for forms and such, so I switched to wild fire, that was the best decision that I've ever made!!! The people are nice and helpful, they don't charge for forms, they handle things via email, (that makes things so much easier)!!! The handed my loans in a fast manner!!!!
Update- I changed my rating from a 5 to 3. For 2 reasons, either ATMs take cash, the recording does not specifically state the days they are closed for the holidays.
This Friday I drove to Wildfire on Bay to deposit cash, the machine wouldn't even let me deposit.
Christmas called for dates that they would be open, the recording did not say they would be closed that Saturday drove there and they were closesd. I like 6 miles away, that is why I am so upset.

Well when I went to go deposit my check at the atm, it usually would go through to my checking account right away but it didn't. I have another bank I use that is apart of the NCUA (Navy Federal Credit Union) which is what Wildfire is apart of but I guess they don't do checks to another credit union right away. It's not a good thing to do. I should be able to deposit my check at an ATM to my credit union account from another credit union. Maybe you guys should maybe give a warning in advanced. It would help or just allow the checks to go through right away because that would be the right thing to do.

Always professional and have handled my accounts the best. Been with them for 16 years. Only problem I have is the website takes a very long time to log into my account. You trying to log in and sometimes takes up to 10 minutes for the screen to change.

I have done my banking here for years. The first loan I ever did with them was done through email and fax while I was at work. By the time I got out of work that day they already had my loan arranged and I went and bought my truck the next day. Good people who treat you well.

Absolutely horrible experience, couldn't link accounts with USAA Bank what a joke. opened the account telling them exactly what i needed. spent weeks calling and calling. two weeks later they say we cant do that. seek a reputable financial institution! good luck with the Muppet Show

Trash bank better off throwing your cash into a real wildlfire because thats pretty much what you do here in 3 years I've accumulated thousands in fees and got locked out of 7k for 2 weeks because the staff doesn't know how to do their jobs i recommend a mason jar and hole over this bank
