The phone number listed takes you to the corporate phone bank. At 0900 this morning there were 44 people in front of me. I highly doubt that I've been on hold listening to their ridiculous commercial for 40 minutes. Second, the website is not intuitive and makes banking difficult.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THEIR ATM!!!! DO NOT EXPECT HELP FROM MANAGEMENT, ESPECIALLY MICHELLE! If I could give this pathetic excuse for a financial institution a zero I would!
Their faulty machine ate my card then reported I got the money!!! Now they said even if in 4 days when they count their machine again and it shows my money is still in there that it just stays at that bank. They will not give me my money and Michelle said I'm LUCKY that she will even give me my card back at all. Now I have to write letters to my bank, file a claim and hope that they give me my money back!!!!!!
I made the mistake of using their ATM to withdraw money from my checking account. Their ATM took my card, gave me a receipt saying my card was expired (the expiration is 4/21) and to call my financial institution.
That is precisely what I did. My bank told me it had to be an error their machine made because there was absolutely no reason I didn't get the money or had the card taken.
Now I thought the best thing to do was call Riverview Comm credit union and boy was that another major mistake. Michelle (who sounds like the most miserable human to walk the planet and immediately had an attitude, you know the type who get a smidge of power and start abusing it) told me they did have my card but for my protection she will not return it because I probably have fraudulent charges. I, obviously upset, told her my bank said that the ATM must've ate the card for no reason. Michelle, then decided to start yelling at me saying that I am making accusations and she will hang up on me. She threatened me several times with hanging up. Until I asked for her name. She said "I already gave it to you". Michelle must be embarrassed of her behavior or she would've repeated it. She then called my bank and called me back. This is when she must've been really embarrassed because she had a pleasant tone this time and told a nice story to make her feel better about her pathetic, unprofessional behavior... She said that the problem for their ATM eating my card was due to a time out and that after I received my money I waited too long to take my card back.
WRONG!!!!! I began to try and tell Michelle the actual story and she loudly and persistently kept talking over me.
The real story is that I entered the amount I wanted to withdraw, then immediately got a receipt saying card expired. NO MONEY CAME OUT. SO MICHELLE, LOOKS LIKE MY ACCUSATIONS THAT YOU WERE GOING TO HANG UP ON ME FOR MAKING WERE ACTUALLY FACTS!!!!
AS MICHELLE LET ME KNOW, SHE NEVER DEALT WITH SOMEONE LIKE ME AND THAT IM NOT EVEN A MEMBER. THIS IS THE ONLY ACCURATE THING MICHELLE SAID!!!!

Had to pay at the ATM on the BUILDING to withdrawal money from my own account. Allowed me to cash a check and then called me 2 hrs later to tell me they denied it because a family member didn't sign along with my grandfather ---I'd cashed identical checks many times before. I've always used credit unions and still do, but I would NEVER use this one again!
