TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was given one loan officer, then directed to another that wasn’t available when I called so someone else helped me. She told me that some of my paperwork was submitted incorrectly so she would request now documentation and CALL ME BACK. Five to six days goes by and I’ve heard nothing so I called and LVM requesting a call back. Still nothing so I called and SOMEONE ELSE told me I was denied for XYZ. One of the reasons being I don’t make enough, but when I asked what their records showed for my income they were wrong by 50%!! When I asked if they had my paystub she read it back to me the amount I made, which stated I made $100 less than what they were equating my monthly income to. Doesn’t make sense, right? Say I made $500 a check, they tried to say that by their “algorithm” I only make $600 a month. She was extremely dismissive and definitely didn’t want to help me when I told her I wasn’t understanding where that number came from. She then told me ANOTHER person was my loan officer and I told her that name wasn’t on any of my paperwork, not either of the two people I’d spoken to. Then told me they never call people back to explain why they’re denied. I said okay that’s fine, but when you TELL someone you’ll call them back, and you get voicemails requesting a callback, you do it. Terrible terrible experience. Honestly, the single star is way too generous.

I have to honestly admit it did not start out well In the beginning the loan agent that was Helping me in my opinion. had a bad attitude at that point I seek out the loan agent who had helped me with my prior loan. She Kasy took over . And in 15 to 20 min Got me together.
With a much better deal I was able to payoff bills & put some money in my pockets 😊🤑 I highly recommend Kasy 👌 she is GREAT!!!

Mostly everyone who works here is kind but they did NOT explain to me that i would owe over 2x my loan amount at the end of my term. It was never explained to me when i signed my closing documents. I am also being charged for their insurance when i have full coverage on my secured loan. I am very displeased with this company at this point. They are making it impossible to pay off my loan. They are just money hungry. Take advantage of people in need.

I'm working with Michael right now and he is not the best person to work with. I've been trying to get a hold of him for a week and everytime I call the office he is not at his desk or I get told he will call me back but never do. This place gives you the run around and they need new management! I wish I was the lucky one to get someone who can get me my loan faster!
