Sunshine is so miserable, ignorant and rude..most of the staff there is ignorant. And the drive thru takes forever to get thru

Enjoy banking here, but their debit card daily pin point of sale limit is a deal breaker. If they haven't noticed, prices are going up. Between gas, groceries and shopping once a week, I'm tired of being declined/embarrassed when reaching a $500 daily limit! Advised to call to raise the limit for 1 hour on business days. I shop on the weekends... Switching to a bank that gives me access to MY money when I want it, not when Sunrise thinks it's safe for me! Had to get a credit card to cover what Sunrise declines. Get with the times Sunrise! I don't know who my wife spoke to that was so rude, but I'm glad it wasn't me. I don't mind putting you in your place. Rudeness seems to be a common theme with you folks.

Been banking with them for over 20 years I think. Nothing but top notch service. Loans are always simple and quick. Best rates you can usually find and no stupid fees.

They always close 5 minutes early! Some of us have to work and rush to get there and then they are closed before their set closing time. The staff is rude. Very unhelpful. I will be closing my accounts and banking elsewhere.

They are very rude individuals. Been with them for 2 years and I contemplate closing the account.

The front lady was very rude to me and I had to wait 45 min while I watched 5 people continuously walk back and forth!! I am not the one to complaint but I have things to do I can’t wait 45 min for this!! It’s unreal!! If I didn’t have to make a bank account here I would have never went here!

I live 7 miles from the Standish branch, but I will drive 25 miles to the Bay City branch so I am not treated rudely. They are very rude. Sunshine has the personality of a rock, they make you fell like your a big inconvenience for trying to do a little banking. I am closing my accounts (20 years) and moving on to someplace that I am more welcome.
