Tyler Curtis is the perfect example of Customer Service! He responds promptly, gives frequent updates through out the loan process, always had answers to questions and if he doesn’t he finds them. Gives information about other products that are beneficial and helps obtain those products! He is definitely on top of his game when it comes to customer service, banking and deserves a raise!! Have been a member at honor for 4 years but have never banked here just have a auto loan with my now ex that she pays. Applied for a credit card and a refinance on my truck when I saw a promo they were doing. Had all the terms ironed out and was happy with the deal but pulled the plug in the final hour when I came to this branch to sign the paperwork because the associate I met with had a very nasty attitude with me.

Wow! By far the easiest application/approval process I have been through. I filled out the application online late Saturday afternoon and received a call Monday morning. By late morning I had a pre-approval letter. Jackie was great to work with and made sure to answer all my questions. Thanks for the great service!

Scheduled an appointment because two parties in a transaction I coordinated needed to sign documents with a notary. We were assigned Stacey. To be brief, Stacey wasn't provided the info I gave when making the appt. So, she wasn't properly prepared.
What should have been simple became chaos. At the end, we needed to be sure I had the signed originals for the attorney. Discovered at the attorney's office that I didn't have the original of one doc. Had to do the whole process again. At least I was able to fix it at the attorney's office. Might not have happened if the Honor CU asst. manager was more focused on what we needed and less focused on selling all of us bank products. This happened at least three times during the meeting. Would rather have paid a fee for notary services with no distracting sales pitches. Will look to find that service in the future.

Honor Credit Union was much more flexible about how to loan us money for the purchase of our new house than our previous bank. They have also helped me get a better interest rate on my savings.
