This Harborlight Credit Union is a new location that opened up on April 18, 2017. They are very friendly there. It has a wide open floor plan that makes you think your not at a regular bank. And it is not a regular bank. They are better.

Every level incompetent. Cept Clint. They don't pick up the phone, never return calls, Condescending attitudes when they pick up the phone. Always an administrative meeting going on. App SUX!
I despise 5th 3rd but gladly went back. Hope HLCU doesn't mess with dir dep before we switch back. Fingers crossed. Justins attitude reflect most of the arrogant state of consumer finance in the US today....."we don't care about happy customers. ..only obedient ones"
I'm seriously worried about them messing with me before I go back to 53. Not a good feeling.

I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. No call back, ignoring us for days, making promises they can’t keep. Don’t use this place. Go to a loan shark first, the customer service will be better and he will be more honest

Has the worst ATM’s ever. Not only is it a pain to maneuver your vehicles in and out to use them. Good luck going there and they actually work. The ATMs are constantly not working.
