Schedule an appointment for 1 pm and I got there at 12:50 and no one was there. I waited around for 40 minutes to see if anyone would show up and no one ever did. What's the point of allowing people to make appointments if you're not going to be there for their appointment times. If you're not going to be open then maybe not allowing people to make appointments for those time and dates would be a good move.

place is pretty exspensive, quoted me 350$ to get a w2 filed witch was as basic as it gets

They have had my Taxes for a MONTH ! still not complete , I have called several times with no return calls . You can’t leave a voicemail because there mail box is full . I live almost a hour away , now I guess I will just have to drive there . I would not recommend anyone to go to this location it is HORRIBLE!! UPDATE!!!!! 6/15/23 I brought 2 years of taxes to be done 21 & 22. I just was informed by the IRS they did not file My 2021 taxes !! Are you guys serious !?! I have called and no one answers . It looks like it’s time to take this Serious issue further!
