Not recommended. We transferred a loan and the check they sent to the original lender was never cashed/received. We were only notified 3 months later when they called telling us they never received the lien card. All payments were processed on time from our side, but yet we were stuck with paying $140 from our account because the original account was past due and needed to be caught up for cmcu to do anything for us. They originally wanted us to pay the full $400 past due until we mentioned moving financing. Everything was out of our control and we still had to pay the extra because cmcu would not take care of it. They mentioned another customer had the same issue, but we're fully taken care of. We will not take out another loan or add any accounts to cmcu.

I love working with CMCU. While in college, I experienced what every college student might and times got tough. At one point I was about to overdraft and got a call from an employee who stopped the overdraft and transferred money from my savings so I didn't get a fee. They have always been friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a problem with my account and as a bank I should be told what steps I need to do to solve it and they need to correct their errors. Nicole who was suppose to help me was very rude and awful. I have never experienced such a horrible person to work with then Nicole. I would recommend going anywhere Nicole doesn't work as she is no help. Get a different bank!

The service is slow ( sat on hold for 10 minutes) and the employees are rude!
Seriously, I wanted to pay off my loan and they wouldn't let me! Guess they don't want my money!
