This credit union may have low rates but they do not care for their customers. I’ve been with them since I got my first car loan. There is no customer loyalty. I would not recommend for anyone. It doesn’t matter that my issues was not resolved. The representative who handled my inquiry was very rude and unprofessional. He also did not care for me as a long time customer. My mom had a good relationship with the banker we had opened our accounts with. It’s unfortunate that this experience has made me decide to never bank with them again. I had planned to keep this credit card after closing my other accounts but they don’t deserve the continued loyalty from me.

Been with this bank for it quite a few years. 33 years to be exact. Service has not been bad, some ups and downs through the years. I will just say that I’m highly disappointed that they do not have the ability to give you a tap and pay card. I called to see if I could get a debit card with tap and pay. They told me that they do not have that as an option, for a bank card .I work in retail, almost every bank has a debit card has that has that availability. Bummer. Too many other banks and credit unions out there to put up with Non innovative technology.

I've banked with others credit unions and banks including wf and tcf. This bank is by far the best I've dealt with I recently refinanced my loan through Rich and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He went above and beyond to make it easy for me and also got me a great rate and saved me over 1500$ on my service contract! He's also very quick and punctual at getting back to me with answers to any questions I might have thanks Rich!

This is by far the worse company ever, no one ever calls or responds back to you. If I could give them a 0 starts I would. No one should have to wait over 2 months to get a response on a loan. I would never do business with a company that does not care about any potential costumers.

I cannot say enough how great it was working with Casey Milligan, AVP Member Services. She was well informed, professional and responsive to my situation. She offered excellent advice and a workable solution.
As I waited for her, I was early, I noticed the high level of service she extended to everyone, over the top added value. THANKS

Worst bank I have ever dealt with did a skip a pay on my loan and paid the 40 dollars filled out the proper paperwork and still got the money taken out and to make it worse they said they would fix the problem and instead of reimbursement they made another mistake and charged me another 228 dollars place is a joke
