Everyone at this specific building is always crabby and rude. I ask for small things but the way the workers react is that it’s the worlds biggest task. I get it. We all have things we don’t want to do at work. But showing a customer how displeased and annoyed you are with their request is wrong. Does a smile hurt at all? I hate going to the bank closest to me due to the attitude I get everytime I even show my face there. Edina is an amazing location and is probably the only reason I haven’t left this bank yet. But in order to get good service I have to drive 50 minutes to enjoy any banking experience.

Great small town service from a great bank. I've never had any issues with First Minnesota and Lori and Becky are always so helpful. Despite no longer living in Hutchinson this is still my go to bank. Couldn't be happier and highly recommended.

After First MN switched to Cortrust, my online banking has been useless, every number im given to call are automated and hang up before any options are given for further help, and i see no point in staying at a local bank that functions out of a different state anymore.

I have no idea why I keep getting “logged out” of my on-line app, it has happened 3 times since the switch to Cortrust and now this time I cannot even get in on the website! I have never heard of another bank that automatically makes you switch your password at their will. Of course every time this has happened it has been on a Friday evening so I get no response until Monday afternoon. Time to switch banks!
