I love Home Federal Bank!! Been with them since moving here. They've always treated me with respect and concern. Also helps me with skills I can apply to my financial concerns! I am a senior citizen, but with the patience they extend to my concerns are amazing. Wish there were more stars I could give them!!!!

I change my account over many of times and checked on them Exedra and they still changed over my savings to my checking Exedra and now they're closing my bank account for no reason this is a very bad place to go I would not go here if you're not going to do good business and try to work with people

Experience was as unprofessional as a bank can get. Not only was I transferred bankers in terms of acquiring a business loan, but the amount of disrespect that was given to my team and myself was unreal. I had to get an appraisal done on the equipment apart of the business I was purchasing which is standard and a very necessary part of the process. The first appraisal was ruled invalid and a second one had to be done. Marty Mixell (banker at the time) then had an appraisal done through a company that was up to his standards. The appraisal took 7-10 days to complete and I had sent out an email around day 10 to see what the appraisal status looked like. He had then proceeded to tell me he received the appraisal a few days prior and refused to send me the results. All that was mentioned was that the appraisal was significantly less than the first. The second appraisal contained multiple pieces of equipment that were not added to the first which added up to be thousands of dollars more. The loan was denied for "not completing assignments on my end on a timely basis." Every piece of information I had to complete was done for and sent to the banker with receipts to confirm. My financial advisor and myself were treated with disrespect right out of the gate which set the tone for this process. An email was sent, asking for the presidents contact information to dive deeper into the sketchy and unprofessional actions that were taken and no response was returned. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere.
