I wish I had gotten the young lady’s name that helped me but the staff in general were very welcoming and the customer service was excellent. I had a last minute emergency to come up and the young lady that helped me was very professional from beginning to end. I’m glad to be a new customer. Thanks!

Teresa what's more than professional she was extremely phenomenal. We came from another check cashing place who refused to do even the basics in the basic checks in order to cash our check. Upon walking to the door we were immediately greeted and from then on out was treated extremely professional kind which is what we did not get from the previous check cashing place. she went above and beyond took every single measure to make sure that we were protected and she was protected and the check was cashed without incident. I will never in my life go anywhere else other than here to lend nation. If you were in need of having a check cashed and being treated with respect and extremely professional don't go anywhere else make sure you see Teresa at lend nation in Columbia Missouri I cannot say enough nice things about her

If I could give this place less than one star I would. These people had me wait over 45 minutes to cash my check that had been mailed to me from my insurance company for totaling my car. The check had been voided but I was never told that. They lied to me and said they were verifying the funds when they actually called the police on me. Police came and verified I was telling the truth about where the check came from and who sent it to me. They could of simply told me the check was voided and that they were not able to cash it and to call my insurance. Sneaky and unnecessary!

The Branch Manager at this branch is amazing! She is a lovely lady with a strive to help anyone. All the employees at this branch are very welcoming. If you are in need of a short term or long-term loan, please know you have found the right place at 213 Business Loop 70.

So i saw weird post from Nadirrah Matthews about the branch manager which i been there, and I have never had any issues with tara. She helped me out with my issues all the time. always pleasant. In fact lots of my friends that come in there that are of colored that used this place NEVER had a issue of race. Sounds like a ex employee who doesn't understand how to show up to a job and found out ya got to sign paperwork even if you don't agree with it, which i know you just put that regardless for paperwork, ya write you don't agree to paperwork and sign if there a real issue, and trying to get this lovely person whos helped me and this business down. Tara does an amazing job. even if you yell at her she still tries to give a chance to help fix your stuff as ive seen. doesn't deserve a 1 deserves 5 all around. Dont get rid of her or youll regret it.

Tara the branch manager is so rude, she doesn't know how to talk y anyone. She does ally of racial profiling. She is like a Karen old and miserable. Don't every apply for a loan there or job. She very unprofessional. She needs to go back to truck driving. How she is going to cause corporate ally of problems. Bre & Marie I recommend a 100% working there showed me of a out her as an individual. She doesn't even know the rules of management. She said I did I no show, no call & gotten mad because I wouldn't sign. She thought she had a yes ma'am type of woman working there. She just bitter angry. DON'T EVERY GO THERE???
