My experience here was amazing, I was able to do everything over the phone up until the signing. Stacey C. was the representative that helped me finish up my loan and she was a dream to work with. I’ve never known someone to have so much joyous energy, especially at the end of their long work day. I highly recommend OneMain and Stacey C.

I am writing to let you know about a poor experience that is currently still going on. On Sunday 8/28/2022 I applied for a loan with your company, and of course knew that nobody would even see the application until Monday 8/29/2022 at the earliest. So on Monday afternoon I attempted to call the store my loan was assigned to, at 21 Conley Rd Suite P Columbia, MO 65201, at 3:32 pm just to touch base, and see if there was anything I needed to do to help the process along. I had to call four separate times to even get someone to answer the phone, and there was no option to leave a VM only a robotic voice saying storee # something isn't available, but when I finally got someone on the phone the lady said my loan was assigned to Marcus and she would get him on the phone. After 20 minutes on hold the lady came back on the line, and said that Marcus had just that very moment received an emergency call and he would call me back. Needless to say Marcus never called me back that day. The following day I again attempted to call, and after six separate attempts finally got a man on the phone named Marcus who was extremely short, bordering on rude, saying that the loan was assigned to him and he would call me back later that day. Yet again Marcus never called me back. I again attempted to call today 8/31/2022 and through many attempts couldn't even get anyone to even answer the phone.
I was wanting the loan due to needing to do car repairs, and even though the payback amount is bordering on highway robbery, I know it is something I have to deal with due to some poor financial choices I made in my youth. I have worked hard to repair my credit, and I was looking forward to paying another loan off, as I have done with multiple car loans as well as having excellent payment history with all of my current credit cards, which would only help improve my credit score further. I have honestly never seen any place that apparently cares so little when it comes to even basic customer service of not wasting potential customers time. At this point I will just get a loan somewhere else due to Marcus not even being able to keep his word when telling someone he will call them back. The loan application still shows as documents being reviewed which at the rate that Marcus, and that store apparently work at, will apparently remain that way until the turn of the next century! I mean if your branch managers can't even budget time we'll enough to make a phone call to a potential customer what in the world would make me think that Him, or the store he manages, is capable of managing the loan itself properly?

Horrible customer service. Stacey especially was awful. Would not recommend at all. Horrible company. Stay clear of this place and don’t ever work with someone named Stacey!!!! Don’t send pre offers in the mail if it’s not correct. What a joke!

I have gotten a second loan through them and apparently things work differently. On my statements its showing issues so I called. After doing my own research I figured out what the issues were and they told me I would get a call latter. After the weekend passed I got a phone call and was berated by their reginal or higher office. I explained to them that I understood and I did not need any more information. They continued to tell me that I was wrong so I hung up on them. I have statements to prove what I have claimed but "I am wrong".

DON'T DO IT! Going through hard times and trying to figure stuff out alone is way better than taking help that will cost you triple. No matter the payment or amount left on the loan. They will put one dollar towards your payoff.

The employee that helped me was very friendly and helpful in everything I needed to know. He was also patient. Whatever I didn't understand he was very knowledgeable. I appreciate that!

I have had to use them a couple of times and have never had a problem. They made the process quick and easy amd I had the money I needed pretty quickly
