First i wasn't happy being told i needed a utility bill in my name to get the loan. Then they called me back saying 3 pieces of current mail. That i could do. The process took about 15 minutes. I walked out the door with funds on my debit card moments later. Very satisfied as i didn't have a lot of time to be there. The approval over the phone was very simple too. I got approved with disability income!!

I came in on November 8th regarding a loan and was told to wait for the loan to be evaluated and approved. I did that, and today, December 14th. I received an email stating my loan was approved. I called customer service and it took forever to get thru to them due to high call volume, then they directed me to the Florissant location (which I went to on November 8th) and they stated my loan was approved in December 1st. I told them I never heard anything from them regarding my loan. I called the florissant store and assuming his name is Brandon, answered them phone. (I remember him from when I came in, he has locs and an attitude). I stated I called customer service regarding my loan and he asked for info to look for my loan and I tried to tell him that customer service told me my loan was approved on December 1st but I never heard from anyone until December 14th. He interrupted and quickly told me he didn’t have it and that I needed to call the nearest store because they might have it. I told him I came in on November 8th and then he finally found it and said that another worker there had contacted me and sent a letter. I told him that I never received anything. Not a voicemail or the letter (which must have been sent only 7 days after the 1st.) He kept stating that my mail box had to have been full but it wasn’t. He kept saying i’d have to go through the process again but that doesn’t make sense on their end. They didn’t leave a voicemail, never received a letter from them, then i’m just now receiving an email stating my loan was approved SIX DAYS after it expired. The worker(s) there are not professional, whatsoever(seen this in person and over the phone). Doesn’t make sense for them to contact me after my loan expired. Most definitely would recommend going to a different location or doing it online.

First time taking out a loan and they helped me with any questions I needed to ask and explained everything to me in a understandable manner.I would recommend them.
