They have no problem lieing to customers to gain access to large amounts of money. If you wish to deposit a large sum say $20,000 they will try there hardest to stop you from using your money- even if it violates federal law there's rules that are put in place regarding when a bank has to release types of funds they are not allowed to just take your money. DO NOT BANK HERE- unethical, dishonest, and downright criminal.

This bank is a joke. Use any other bank and none of the United Credit Unions in Moberly or Mexico. Way to many problems with these banks and rarely if any good experiences. Find a better bank!

My husband and I where trying to get into our account on this morning. We were locked out of our account, so we called in they sent us a temporary password. I attempted to enter it and it didn't work.
So I called back, little did I know that this would be one of at least 8 phone calls. Each of the phone calls went like this: Hello this is employees name , how can I help you? Yes i am trying to get into my account on line but I keep getting locked.out.
Employee verified my identity and preceded to unlock my account and then she sent us a temporary password. It didn't work for us so I called back this was the beginning 8 to 10 phone calls all of whom did the the same thing, a few stayed on line a little long but they said if we have any trouble call back.
Finally the last person we spoke to changed our password.

been with the credit union for over 22 plus years. It has changed a lot and some I do not believe for the better. You can't cash money in and it change it for different bills without it running through your account, you can't call your local bank it has to all go through one branch and then be diverted out. In the past year-and-a-half I've had nothing but issues with the banking staff not understanding what your requests are when you do your banking business.

( coming from someone that never leaves bad reviews because I dislike leaving reviews but please be careful with this branch )
Went into this branch to get Information about a credit card, I walked in and was told to wait , I have been banking with them for awhile now so I’ve had no reason to dislike them, until now. I waited and then JOE CHAPMAN came out and took me into her office, I told her I was there to get some Information , she asked for my account number to pull up my account, meanwhile she was doing that I asked if I were to apply if it would pull at my credit she said yes I then decided not to give anymore Information and come back once I was ready, I left and the next few days I look at my credit score to find that they have pulled without my authorization. I called and spoke to the manager many times, they told me they were sorry that Joe Chapman had gotten ahead of her self , but they are unable to remove the credit pull, it has been months trying to get this off my record and they have not helped. I never told her and of my information she simply asked for my account to pull up my name, she never asked if she could run my credit or asked if I was applying, I was only there for information. She got ahead of herself, this has affected my credit very badly and they have done nothing to help besides say they are sorry it happened.
another reason not to bank here :
A few months later I moved out of state and my debt card was expiring I called to get a new one mailed and they told me they were unable to help that they could only send it to my address that is listed in the account ( in Missouri ) or come into the office. I explained I had already moved and asked if it can be updated online they once again were unhelpful and said no, I then asked what do they do with clients that move out of state and to speak with a manager only after asking for a manager they said they would send me a email to update my address. Very unhelpful until I asked for a manager. Very unprofessional and rude !

Can't even get a hold of the credit union and have a call center that doesn't answer have the time. Everytime I go to the bank it takes forever. There always short handed. Plus I have a secured credit card that I have to put my own money on to use. Then the charge me interest on the card. They keep the interest. I don't have a payment agreement set up. Or a payment agreement set up to to it out automatically out of my paycheck direct deposit. But they sure did help themselves to my check to pay off the card I pay with my own money to have so the can take there $3 interested. Are they that desperate for money. This bank is a joke

Can't never get ahold of no one I had to drive my mom 3 hours on a sat to take paperwork we were told she had to bring in person. They aren't open on Sat only drive threw. And they are useless as can be. I was told we could do peer to peer lol and they were useless as well . Your website does not say drivethrew only on sat. This place is useless
