I have a farm loan with FCS and they have always been great to work with and have tried to accommodate whatever we have needed without a bunch of hassle. They have a strong, working knowledge base that really cuts down on confusion and simplifies the process. I would recommend FCS to anyone.

If I could rate less, I would. TERRIBLE, from start to finish, no people skills, lies, misrepresentation, slips documents into the huge pile at signing and you don't know you signed it until they want to GET YA. Didn't get lien release, I had to call 3 years later...just RUN as far away from this business as possible!!!
