Unprofessional folks here unfortunately. Nicole’s comment “there’s no rhyme or reason to your pay amounts or frequency” could have been reworded so simply… I was surprised (and insulted) by the comment and quickly slowed my interest toward working further with Nicole. She picked up on that and suggested that since I’m implying that I have less interest, she could offer to just “turn down the request for me.” Best decision I made.
I did take time to call and speak to the Branch Manager. She was friendly because she’s paid to be but not genuine in wanting to find out how to improve. I offered at the beginning of our call to not post a public Google review and ding their score but with no reaction to that offer and no genuine interest in solving the issue or improving, Google seems to be the best solution.
Beware. If you’re desperate, these folks can probably get you some cash for an expensive transaction cost. If you go in with a clear mind, alarm bells will likely ring at various points in the process.

I am so happy me and my husband found a new place to help get us out of my POS of a truck we had for 3 years. The truck was only $7,000 with a $1,500 trade in then we found out after a year our interest rate was 35% and we still had to pay over $6,000. After pay off the truck would of been over $13,000. So we found a new place to help get us out of having to pay anymore on the truck so to anyone don’t go here for anything. They are just money hungry.

Paid off loan in June had an overpayment of $362.47 that was supposed to be a check refund to me. OneMain did not endorse the pay off check correctly which caused my bank to have to issue a new check and delayed payoff until July. I was assured as was my bank that everything would be back dated to original pay off date. Many, many phone calls later they need my $362.47 more than I do. They took to help pay the interest generated from the delay which they caused? Very bad business.
