I got behind ony payments and finally decided to answer the phone after they would call me everyday at all hours. They were will to work with me and even said they could get my payments lower. If I made two payments so I did just that I made two payments it was the minimum amount because that's all I can afford and I even called the last time I made a payment to make sure I was ok until January and long and behold I get a call today telling me my account was delinquent again. I wish I never would of signed the back of that check I should have just threw it in the trash. Cody is always very helpful but the other one is rude and doesn't care about any personal issues that you may be having in your personal life or the fact that you might have other bills. And are struggling they just want their payment.10/10 do not recommend especially if you fall behind one month or two

"Charlie" is completely rude, unprofessional, and called my dad multiple times. Just blows up your phone. I called in to make a payment when the roads were bad. I could only make a 147.00 payment and he refused to accept the payment because it wasn't in full (3$ short including the 2$ over the phone convenience fee). Also told me I had to come down to the office to make a payment in person if I didn't have the full 175. That just sounds sketchy. But anyways

The people there seem friendly enough. However for those of us that are unable to do online payments, it makes it difficult to make a payment seeing as how they keep bankers hours. I typically work from 7a-7p. They're not open weekends at all, so how do you expect us to make a payment?

If I could give less than one star I would...the manager of this particular branch, someone named Cody, is absolutely awful...Had a problem with a approved loan. Called 3 days in a row, at different times...all 3 times someone named "Charlie" answered the phone and said the manager, Cody, was at lunch...but would return our phone call...Cody never did. I think Tower Loan is obtaining customers information for nafarious purposes. Unprofesional, cowrdly and simply liars. I spoke with the Cooperate office today, so hopefully they will clean up this branch. Also filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney Generals office.
