I just called and was transferred to the Delmar location to make a payment on my acct. The lady DIANE was VERY RUDE. I provided my card number TWICE. When she finally ran it she said it declined for fraud. I just paid Ameren 5 mins before I called them and everything was fine. I called my bank and there was no fraud listed on my account. My bank told me the payment declined bc DIANE entered the 3 DIGIT SECURITY CODE WRONG. SHE FLAT OUT LIED, if she cant hear she dont need to be entering people card information. They need to find something else for her to do. How do she have an attitude bc she cant hear information correctly. She's rude every time i talk to her. she told me in a VERY NASTY WAY that I needed to drop my attitude when she's the one who was rude from the start. How does she get away with treating people like that???? Guess what, i called back spoke with Mr George and provided the same card number and it went through without a problem. DIANE IS A PROBLEM, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY RUDE AND NASTY. SHE MAKE THE COMPANY LOOK BAD.
