Went to the OS branch to replace a lost debit card. They said their card machine was down. Two days later went to the Gautier branch to replace card. The teller there was completely incompetent. Messed my account all up. Called the phone line. They said they fixed the problem the incompetent teller caused. Problem wasn't fixed. Had to go back to the OS branch a THIRD time to get problems fixed. Asked to speak to a manager and the teller said they didn't have one. Not happy with Navigator Credit Union at all.

We have had a great experience with Echos Rhodes. We refinanced several vehicles. She came up with some amazing options and we ended up saving a bunch of money. 100% recommend her!

Poor customer service, bad hours, no personal phone assistance when needed because of employee errors which portray a complete lack of concern for consumer.
I would like to add to this review, I waited on hold this morning for over 30 minutes to ask this branch about an error they made yesterday. Ironically I had to make another trip to this branch (wasting my time and gas to correct their error), within moments of leaving the facility, I received a call asking if there was anything that could be done to correct the situation. Yes, answer the phone, or give your customers a direct number to the branch! MOST customers work and CANNOT wait for callbacks or get "in queue" for a callback(BECAUSE AGAIN MOST HAVE JOBS). I again called the customer service line when I could give feedback, waited on hold for another 20 minutes, never speaking to anyone.
This is not the first problem with this CU. Just one in a long list of situations .
