Every time I call the Pascagoula branch, a huge cloud of dread overcomes me because I know whoever assists me is going to make me feel sorry for calling. I’m treated as if all my questions are stupid & their humorous attempt at sarcasm while asking an insinuating question if my check for my payment is going to bounce was just disrespectful. I wonder what happened between now and the few moments of decency they showed before I signed those loan documents the day. It’s best these women probably shouldn’t work in customer service or around other people. Something like a zookeeper or dog trainer perhaps would be best. Lol

When I put my information in online I was approved. I work a full time job and do odd jobs on the side. They told me that they couldn't approve me because I "pay out to much"! THE ONLY BILL I HAVE IS ELECTRIC! I own my home and my car.

I requested to have my due date changed, the current due date generated thru loan processing date, during loan processing the loan attendant explained that there was a 5 day window before or after populated due date but that after I start making payments I could request a date change. I continued to have adversities with the date assigned so I requested the change, as I inquired about before signing, and was denied a change without having to re-process my loan. It was a simple customer appreciation act that was denied at this branch per branch manager. I need for my due date to be the 15th, and my current due date is the 10th, not only the denial to have that simple customer satisfaction and appreciation request of a 5 day due date change, but her deminer of tone and choice of wording were discouraging as well.

We made a loan to clear out a title loan. My husband took the insurance to pay in the event he was laid off. The payment has been put throgh both months of his layoff. We are looking into moving the loan to our bank.

Theresa is horrible. She's rude EVERYTIME. Her tone is terrible, she's not helpful. How she got a position in customer service is beyond me. Anytime I've ever spoken to anyone else they've been friendly and helpful.
