At least three managers in five years at their main office has apparently affected their ability to invoice people on time. Exchanged some nasty words with one of these managers when she didn't have answers as to why I received only one invoice in the mail, last November and now it's March. I don't know about you, but I don't pay things being properly invoiced for it. To boot, they lied to the BBB when I posted a review (not a complaint, but a review) on their site. Told them I'd never been a client. Interesting indeed. This will be the final time I deal with them, after three generally positive experiences in the past.

There service is very bad. And they rude to there customers I thought this was a good place to go to. But after all it’s not. They don’t care about there customers and I reported my issue to head corporate office. And they was also rude as well.

This bank sent me unsolicited junk mail offering a credit application free loan to the tune up 47% APR. I don't need a loan but to anyone who does don't fall for their advertisement of developing a relationship by agreeing to this nonsense. Save a tree no more mail for me please.

This branch continues to send mail to someone not at my address (that includes a live (solicitation) check and will not remove it from their system. I will never do business with this branch because of their solicitation tactics for people that did not ask to receive mail from them.
