I spoke to "Jeff" yesterday who claimed to be the Manager and he was the most rudest person I've EVER spoken with!!! How in the world does a place of business hire unprofessional people!!?? How does he set examples for his fellow employees!? Epic fail!!! Once I finish my last two payments, I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone!!!! Apparently they don't value their work or business or they would know how to treat their loyalty customers!!! There are way more loan places that are competition than to deal with miserable workers who think they are entitled!!!!! And the only reason I rated a 1 star was to make this review!

If I could give no stars I would !! It is absolutely RIDICULOUS the amount of times you are called when it’s time for a payment to be made !! Do these people not understand that some of their customers actually work and have a damn job ?! Why would you call obsessively all day and the payment is not even past due ? My next move is to file a complaint with the BBB because that is harassment. We know the payment is due !! You don’t have to call 30 times a day to remind us !! Not to mention we asked that the calls not be made so often and was told “You’ll be alright”. Ghetto and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior and treatment. As soon as this account can be paid off they don’t EVER have to worry about us returning !

Technically they don’t deserve even a 1 star rating. On December 7, 2017, I inquired about a job listing they had available. They posted it on December 1, 2017. Since I have 15 1/2 years experience with customer service I decided to email them and find out what hours were available, what would the pay be, etc. I waited on a return email and never received one.
On January 3, 2018, I once again sent an email inquiring about the open position, but this time I included my resume. As of today, Saturday January 6, 2018, I have not received word about this position. I have been back on their website and this position was updated on January 3, 2018 as still available. Obviously, they do not need someone that bad if they can’t respond to an email. As of today, if they call me or email me back, I will refuse the job. In my experience this is NOT how you treat a potential employee!

Worst people I've ever had to deal with as far as loans go. Threats and rude people all around. I was told that my loan would be forgiven if a did another loan, even if I owed more than what I'm apoved for. They lied and added the previous loan to the present one. Never borrow from a tower loan in Mississippi.

Today was an awesome day for me Trae took my loan and with in a few hours Alisha was approving me for MORE than I asked for thanks to the help of Anitra who has always been a superior manager. I'll definitely be back.
