I called the client contact center today. I was on hold a total of 50 minutes. I wanted the interest paid on two loans that were paid off recently. I was told the research center could get that information BUT they would charge me 25.00 dollars an hour for my financial info. I need the interest paid for taxes. I never received a letter with the interest I paid. I am appalled by this Banks practice. BEWARE!!!!!

They are extremely behind in their online bill pay/ online banking. I have an auto loan through First interstate and I don’t have a checking or savings account, and you can’t make an online payment without one. You should just be able to call and make a payment through the automated teller by typing in card info. This is not the case. Very frustrating.

Horrible, horrible service!! FIB, have you gotten so big that it's nearly impossible to call a branch directly? Automated everything!! What I need is to speak with a supervisor about a cash deposit that wasn't made to the account and my daughter had to wait till Monday for it to be figured out!! By the way it was for her birthday. Sad, sad, sad. This kind of service makes me feel so much better about me banking with a credit union.

Pulled into the drive through with only one other person in another drive through lane. I sent in my papers and began to wait. Cars came and went in lanes on either side of me. I pressed the call button since I still had not been helped or my papers returned but still no response from a teller. Pressed the call button again and someone came on and said they were back logged and they would get to me as soon as they could. I'm not sure how things work inside, but waiting over 15 minutes with no one in front of me and only one other car when I arrived was a bit disappointing. I will not be back to this location as I have not had this experience at the other FIB locations.

I'm beyond disappointed in FIB. It's impossible to talk to anyone who is capable of making a rational decision when you have a unique situation when trying to make a mobile deposit. I've worked in banking and management for over 20 years and have never seen such unwillingness to help or poor policies. We've been customers for decades, but not for much longer after this.

Do not ever cash a check with this bank. This is the 2nd time I have made this mistake. Both times it took way too long to cash them, and I am looking at not having access to funds from a check we deposited THIS MORNING. Another time I did a mobile deposit and it took days! I will never cash a check here, and honestly if it wasn't the only local bank, I wouldn't bank with them anymore. Seriously, it is almost 4 pm, and we deposited this check at 1030 am!!! Unacceptable!
