Recently opened an account here and my first impression is not good. 3 weeks later and no debit card and when I called to check I find out it wasn't even ordered until days later of opening. The lady on the phone had no answer as to why and seemed unwilling to be bothered to find out or solve the issue.
Every bank I've banked with issues cards right from the branches these days. These guys should do this as well. As of now I can't recommend them.

Employee at 27th was VERY rude and repeated my SS number loudly 6 times for all to hear. Rude, unprofessional, and serious security risk. I have been a long-term member at the original location and got good service. The problem is clearly with this new location and it's employees. I hope they get it straightened out.

I have been a member for 30+ years & have had nothing but excellent experiences with MHFCU. From car loans to , to Christmas accounts, their service has always been excellent!

Rude customer service, I’ve talked to one nice person here. I call sometimes and explain to them my issue, they never have time for it, and try to get me off the phone as quickly as possible.
