I have been a member for almost 18 years. Today I learned that the employee rather find loopholes and try to entrap me then help me get my money back from fraudulent charges. The only saving grace from me not pulling my money out of my account today was her supervisor. Even if she was having a bad day I am not her punching bag at the end of it. I am very disappointed with her member service that she lacked while "helping" me. I hope no one tries to find ways to have her lose money. I would think she was there to help me out not find ways to watch me lose money. I am still working this situation with her but there is no recovering from how she handle her part.

Horrible bank to use!!! Use a more major reliable nationally known bank if you want better customer service, quality online banking, and overall quality experience. They will mislead and lie to you. I called them out on a major mistake and asked them why they allowed it to happen. That major mistake cost me thousands of dollars they stole from me. They know they made the mistake too. Their response to my question is to ignore, dodge, and delete emails and say its spam emails AND hang-up on me when I call them directly about it. I made arrangements to make payments and they agreed to my request but ever processed it. They will ignore customer payment requests that doesn't benefit them.
If you're on Malmstrom AFB, military, or Veteran...the KNOW they can take advantage of you. Malmstrom personnel should go to the bank on base or with a non-local bank. Spread the word across the base.

Have been with RCFCU for very long time, always the best care. Jen was amazing as was entire staff attending to my laundry list of things to get done. They saved my account from being hacked, taught me so much all quickly and very efficient. Do yourself a favor and add this credit union to your financial team asap! Fairfield is same way ...never a bad day at RCFCU.

Got tired of this nonsense merger at Embark/Horizon so we opened an account at Russell and transferring our accounts over. Jen was very helpful and explained everything to us in detail. Got a tour of the facility and met the employees, everyone was super polite and made us feel special and welcomed.

Not too surprised since this is Great Falls but this is by far the worst Credit Union I've seen. The outdated website and ugly layouts make this credit union hard to defend. The Credit Union itself looks like it belongs in a ghetto and the staff isn't friendly either. Going to Re-finance ASAP with a more professional credit union.

I've been using this facility for my banking for over 10 years now.
I have had little to no trouble taking care of my financial business with this company.
Polite and helpful staff members that are willing to deal with any form of issue.

Any time I call for assistance with questions on my loan or account, I am treated like a 2nd class citizen. I have also NEVER received a call back when leaving messages to speak with a loan officer or management. Shoddy way to run a business in my opinion. I'll be transferring my auto loan and banking business to another bank. Avoid these people like the plague, they are predatory by their actions in charging you money but not explaining why.
