I moved and Mailed In a change of address to the bank
THEY CALLED ME, yes, that's right, a real person called me, not some computer and phone tree, a person. They wanted to make sure it was me that sent it in to protect my account and themselves.
That is how it is done properly. Absolutely 10 stars. Customer service has not died completely

I've been banking online for 25 years. I've never had a bank take down bill pay functionality for an entire week. Ridiculous.... time to find a new bank.

I was in the middle of start a new business in town and my previous bank decided to pull the rug out from under me and not proceed with the SBA loan. When I went to Three Rivers they not only took me on for the loan but closed it in three weeks. Without Three Rivers as a partner I am not sure the business would have been able to open on time. I cant not say how much I appreciated the team and their attention to my needs. Go to Three Rivers before any other bank for you needs as they really will have your back. Thanks Three Rivers!!

My husband and I got a home equity line of credit from Three Rivers to remodel our home. Their rates beat everyone else in town! The whole process start to finish (including a home evaluation) only took a couple of weeks and couldn't have gone any smoother. Their impecible attention to detail and customer service was incredible. Will also be tapping them for a Pinnacle savings account--best rates I've seen ANYWHERE! Would highly recommend Three Rivers Bank...and have already!

If you are tired of your bank charging ridiculous fees and being treated like a number instead of a customer, you need to go talk to Tyler at Three Rivers Bank! They are a bank who values customers, and they show it by how well they treat their customers and all the great perks of banking with them. If you haven't heard of their Kasasa program, you are missing out on earning cash-back when you use your debit card! Jeremiah Sullivan has been awesome to work with! After trying to work with 3 other local banks for loans, Jeremiah came up with the perfect solution and we couldn't be happier! They have been punctual, professional, courteous and made the loan happen where everyone else had said no without jumping through a whole bunch of hoops & dragging everything out! Been banking here for a couple years now, always have super nice people working! Also always been on top of fraud protection (almost too good, where I had to reactivate my card, even though it was me) but over-all have not had any problems, hoping for maybe an increase of locations for ATM, but with KASASA they pay (most) of ATM charges 👍🏻

This website and your recording says you are open on Monday. Just drove 40 miles to town and both banks are closed. Thanks for nothing. Is it really that difficult to update your business hours????
