How do you thank someone for seeing past your situation? No one knows the trails and tribulations you go throughout delay. With the weight of the world on my shoulders I walked into a building I've passed for years. The first smile I encountered was Mrs. Breeze, she was a breathe of fresh air. She assisted me and I felt like I was with someone I've known for years. Less then 24hrs I was approved. I was literally shocked by the quick turnaround. THANK YOU LADIES OF THE BURLINGTON BRANCH, FOR SEEING ME AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND NOT COMMISSION!

I would like to thank Alexis for her friendly customer service. But the branch manager Cheryl was rude and has a very nasty attitude. I ask a simple question and she raised her voice and gave me the nasty attitude ever.
