At first I loved this place, the staff was super nice and they helped me out in a pinch. I've made my payments on time until I had a hiccup in April. I was getting back on track but in July a representative calls me, and I told her as I had told the past reps before that I would have my payment in before the next due date plus I'll pay the other payment to be back on track. So I would be about 2 1/2 weeks past due. She tells me well you will be going to court. I said excuse me, she said if you go 2-3 months without payment... I stopped her and explained I'm not even that far behind, why are bringing up court. Later, I asked to speak to a manager, she said he was not available. She said she would leave a message for him to call me back. I never got that call. I believe in paying my bills but things do happen. I don't care for the scare tactic.

This place will sue you for $5! I do not recommend this company at all.The manager doesn’t even have the audacity to speak with you instead the agents are the ones dealing with you and they will not work with you if you can’t make a payment. They sued me and still harassed me after suing me and the agents weren’t even aware of it.Worse company in Burlington. I wouldn’t even give it ONE star to be really honest!

I,ve dealed with David for a long time. His Staff and him has made it very good to deal with in order to get a loan. I wish more companies was like this. They work with you and understand problems that happen. I give them a 10 star rating . Great job David. Keep it up. Thanks so much .

Applied for a loan online on friday. They sent me and emailing stating to “ complete application “ so I proceeded to complete application, so I put my information in and it sent me to my application status. My application was approved. I apparently got a a couple calls from them that I missed, but I kept checking my application status throughout the weekend to make sure everything was intact. Monday comes and I check again before I call and it then said I was denied. I was confused and when I asked the lady about it she said she really doesn’t know and couldn’t tell me anything except that I would know why I got “denied” in 30 days.

I've never been late on payments up until recently. My last apartment hit me with another month's worth of rent and it really put a dent in my wallet. Unfortunately, it hit me right when I got the loan with these guys but they were very understanding and did not hassle me at all or give me a hard time. So thanks Time Finance.

Getting the loan was not the best experience bc the black lady with the curly hair was rude and passive aggressive. One would think she was personally giving me the loan out of her account the way she acted. However, she is an employee not the owner of the business. Thankfully, I paid my loan in full within 45 days.
