My application has been "In review" status for 7 days now. I need to make a big payment right away and they're just not doing their job. I called 4 times so far, each time i was told the person reviewing my application is "on a call with a customer and she will get back to you when she's free". And, here I am still waiting for the call and today was the last day I have to make the payment. So yeah, terrible service and will not try to get a loan with them ever again!

Jan 6th I applied for a loan and provided all necessary supporting documentation with the approval I recieved online. Called the location weekly to check the status and advised a call back was going to take place multiple times, resulting in me calling back up to the office. Jan 23rd, I recieved a call about my loan. By that time Navy Federal approved a loan in less than 20 mins and deposited. I was advised the location is short staffed which can be a issue however I expected more communication. At least a email update could have sufficed. I do not recommend.

My experience with OneMain was very simple and quick. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful with the questions I had. I will refer OneMain to anyone who needs financial assistance.

I agree with the comments. This company completely horrific. They won’t help you if you are in need but harass you for a payment that’s not 30 days past due. Biggest regret of my life getting a loan with them. I was told i couldn’t change my payment due date for months but as soon as i made a payment today after speaking to the manager magically they could change it.

I don't have anything good , nor bad to say. Here's my experience. I applied for a loan back in 2012 . I did not get approved due to child support that I was paying. Not a problem. It happens. I've improved my credit a lot since then. I recently was contacted by mail from this company offering me a loan. The interest rate was so high and I wondered why would you contact me just to put me in this type of debt. I have read the reviews . This company seems very helpful, but how helpful is it to charge these type of interest rates? This isn't a review, just an observation.
