They took my friend’s car without any explanation and didn’t give her payments back!!!

I thought these people was good. But their not when you are a new customer they treat you good at first. Then when you start your payments. They start to get real rude. If you are having trouble with Your finances they don’t let you change your billing date. I can’t wait to get rid of these people they are the worse I would advise nobody to use them they are no good. If you want to be hound down for five dollars then this is your company. Talking to the manager or supervisor does not help they all in cahoots together.
Nothing changes they’re not out here to help like other auto companies they just want their money back plus interest and that’s that. When I get rid of these people I will be the happiest person in the world. The worst auto company I ever dealt with.

Lindsay was great today!! She got right to the point and explained everything to me. She really took a big Burden off of me. I didn’t even have to talk to anyone this was though chat. Pretty cool!! I was going to be a few weeks late on my truck payment this month and she took care of it never questioned me or nothing. Told me I wouldn’t have to worry about ppl calling
Harassing me over a payment that I’ve had held over for a few weeks. Thx so much.

Please stay away if possible. Make arrangements to get your credit in order so you have choices to make strides in your credit situation.
Had a situation with these crooks, forcing us to buy back a loan because they delayed a first payment 4 days. We didn’t buy back anything. And we won’t.
Customer was happy with the truck, and still is.

I’ve dealt with this Corp for 3 years and never had a problem until my last payment. I was told that my final payment was in December which was consistent with my records. When December came I made my final payment and the service rep celebrated with me on the phone. I go on with my life and I receive a call in January saying I owe $24. So I called to pay and ask what the fee was for and the “Team Lead” informed me that the fee would be waved. I didn’t hear anything else from them until I was notified that my credit score (that I worked my butt of to get in good standing) dropped 93 points because I didn’t pay $24 that was supposed to be waved.

Trash fraudulent services! Don’t take care of the customers. No one is knowledgeable. Going to talk to a lawyer! Stay away! Stay away! Stay way… unless you want to do deal with shady scams!

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION THE REVIEWS HERE!
I ALWAYS PAID MY CAR PAYMENTS ONE MOTNH IN ADVANCE & HAD GOOD CREDIT.
After 5 months of payments, DEALER still couldn't get my title due to some shady business between United Auto and them. The car was taken back and Dealer gave my downpayment back. But United Auto is not letting me off the hook, KEPT ALL OF MY PAYMENTS, and doesn't let me buy a car.
I can't get my payments back and I don't have the car.
