Horrible customer service. Hours of waiting. Told we would hear within a few minutes. Never received a response but now we have a hard credit check and no loan. With no service. Just avoid them. They have zero interest in actually giving out legitimate loans. If they can’t scam you with a high rate or or some gimmick. It’s only you that is hurt because if the hard inquiry for no reason since they can’t follow through. They don’t care. They are a quick service money hungry high interest company. As you can see in their response below they are fairly clueless, as no one ever contacted us, they just ignored and tag your credit with no decision. Then give out personal info like this online, they are scammers.

I am writing this because I need everyone to be aware. I have had my loan for over 1.5 years and paid every payment on time. I was never informed that I had to have full coverage on my car insurance or "One Main Financial" would put me on force placed insurance. Well, I got a letter in the mail and they did! I called my State Farm agent and had to add more coverage. I was never made aware I needed full coverage at the beginning of my loan, this happened when I refinanced. I am extremely upset and now my car insurance monthly is crazy expensive. The communication sucks and if that was such a huge important factor, I was never told! Bad business!

Awesome staff. Very knowledgeable and respectful. They managed to cut my car payment in half. I would recommend One Main and this office to anyone. Their personal loans are reasonable and payment options are great. I really appreciate One Main and this staff.

Do you trust what you're being told because, they have proven to be unethical and untrustworthy. The staff doesn't follow through with what they tell you and refuses to submit documents on your behalf in a timely fashion because they want to force you to stay in debt with them. I would never recommend anyone to get involve with this company. If I could give them a zero, I would.

My over all experience was a easy and pleasant one. My only issue was with the gentleman that was assisting me with finalizing my paperwork. When he got into the office and his co-worker informed him I was there he did not address me by my name he said "Hey" l lets get started with your paperwork. He asked me for my ID I gave it to him in his hand, when he returned it back to me by placing it on the table. I in turn ask him to please pick that up referring to my id and place it in my hand like I gave it to you. He picked it up and gave it to me. Then when I gave him my card placing it in his hand, not only did he put my card on the table but he threw it on the table. I didn't like that he threw my item. I placed them in his hand. Give me the same courtesy and respect I gave you. I find that very rude and unprofessional. He should have a training session on how to properly treat customers. Acknowledging customers by their name and not "Hey", if he has a issue with touching peoples property make it easier for the client to handle their own items without him touching them. His bad customer service is why I gave your company 3 stars. Treat everyone the way you want to be treated regardless of the external appearance, i.e. race, sex, age,

I was in a pinch, as my dog had fallen very ill suddenly and needed vet care quickly. The process was easy, and quick, they answered all the questions that I had and made it a very smooth process!
