I made a mistake and got behind on my fast lending loan. I acknowledge that was MY FAULT. We are in a pandemic. Got behind. But have been trying to get caught back up. I have chatted with agents on two occassions....none of which told me my account was being charged off. I paid in November online. I paid in December online. I try today...won't process. I call and speak to a Kia. She was so rude. I changed my number in April and forgot to update it. Again....PANDEMIC. When I asked her why someone didn't tell me my account was being charged off...she told me "because legally we are not required to". Great. But does this company have no ethics? No compassion for what people are going through?I have been trying to make it right. The agent I spoke with today is unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER....EVER....Say a good word about this company. Sorry a $3k charge was not more important than a roof over my head...or my kids eating. Teach your agents compassion. shame on you girl. Do better. Because Kia sure has NONE. If I could give you 0 stars I would in a heart beat.

This company has byfar the worst customer service I have ever experienced...I called do to a letter I received about a loan and product I have never heard of..then they proceed to try and pressure me into providing them my info.when I ask for a sup I was met with attitude and someone trying to tell me a soft credit check won't effect me,well obviously you don't understand credit because any and everything you do with credit impact your score in one way or another...I would definitely suggest if you don't have to go with this leading company DON'T....... Not to sure about this company but how they got my info was totally fraudulent and the only thing they could talk about was we only work with 3rd party's
