In and out, not a long wait time. Very cordial, nice atmosphere, Representatives are very nice and friendly never had a problem very professional. I've dealt with them since 2014 and Johanna has Always been cordial and Friendly. Would recommend them. Thanks for being there when I needed your services.

Customer service is very poor. Staff is short and rude. Anytime I have had to call, I have dreaded it due to the staff.

I have had a loan through this company since January. All the staff is very short tempered and rude and will get an attitude with you on the phone. They have not been reporting my monthly payments to the credit bureaus since May!!! I only show as making 3 payments when I have be made 9. I have been calling about this for about two months plus and they keep giving me some lame excuse about it's their software company and is a glitch in the system and the computers are messed up. Funny they can still take my payments there's nothing wrong with the computers when it comes to money. I called back many times and was told someone would call me back and they never did so I have had to call many times in reference to this. The manager Elaine just today got an attitude with me and said I've told you a million times it's the software companies issue and how many times do I have to tell you that?! Yelling at me which is absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable. I said I would like the software companies number so I can talk to them myself somes nothing is being done and she said nope you aren't talking to my software company and I said why not that's fishy. She them proceeded to hang up on me!!! I'm beyond livid right now.

Good company. I have had many loans through this place. Danny is great and really works with you. The receptionist, Holly, is way to friendly with male customers so ladies beware!

In less than 24 months this branch has failed to record 3 of our payments. Through our own persistence and organized record keeping we have been able to force them to find and properly backdate and correctly post all three payments. There’s always an excuse … it’s our website… it’s a glitch … computers and email notifications weren’t working. One of these incidents caused my husband’s credit score to drop 50 points. The manager was VERY slow in sending the notice to the credit bureau to request correction and updating of his credit. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

From day one they have been very kind and understanding. They have apologize if the wait time is to long due to being short of staff at times. The ladies are absolutely wonderful. Thank you for your customer service.
