great bank - got a business construction loan when others said no to a business of 20 years - also very helpful during the corona virus to keep us going

It's crazy that you can come to a bank to open up a business account to try to keep things local since I'm a local business myself, just to pretty much get looked down upon like I wouldn't have my stuff in order. No real questions asked like other places. No common grounds to try to meet. Nothing. Definitely not a homie feeling, after passing the tellers up front. They seemed nice in person and on the phone. Only reason 3 ⭐ was because of them. They need a raise.

They are all very sweet people. They are happy, greet us with a smile. They know us by our first name and about our lives. This is a great bank.

Never had a single ounce of trouble. Everyone is very polite, phone calls about potential fraud (stemming from attempted overseas purchases for things ran by companies in the UK or elsewhere) go without issue, web service and mobile app give no troubles. (Wish it'd update a bit faster on how much funds I have, but that's just a hope more than anything.)
Absolutely would recommend.

I usually go to the New Bern branch and sometimes to the Jacksonville, great customer service! The app stinks!!!! It never opens; always has a glitch horrible. I have to open the app several times before I can access my account!!!!
